31 Days of Halloween Day 31 (part 2) - Into The Labyrinth

Welcome back to Lost Coast Portal to Creativity where Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda collide to bring you twice the inspiration and double the fun!

Welcome to Day 31 of the 31 Days of Halloween here at the Lost Coast Portal to Creativity.  Gail here today with our final offering for this spooktacular celebration of the most bootastic time of the year.  The team has worked hard to provide inspiration every day and I hope you have enjoyed visiting and seeing all their amazing projects.  A big thank you to everyone who has taken the time to leave a comment.  We have had so much fun doing this event we have two projects today!!  Be sure to scroll down and check out Puff's gorgeous bingo card below this post.  So, here's my project featuring one of Lost Coast Designs new releases Taurus.

What a fierce fellow he is.  Wouldn't like to meet him on a dark and stormy night.  Luckily he is safely lost in the labyrinth, wandering to his hearts content.  I stamped, embossed and fussy cut Taurus and coloured him with sharpies, distress inks and gold pilot marker.  I stamped Lost Coast's Fourth Dimension on red card and embossed with black powder.  I did this three times and have arranged them to make my 'labyrinth' background.  I used a wood grain embossing folder and distress ink on brown Bazzill to make my doorway.  The sentiment is Carmen's Veranda All Who Wander

Thanks for dropping by.  Don't forget to leave a comment so we know you were here.

There is still time to join the Halloween challenge with your stamped makes.  Linky closes at Midnight.  Bwahahahahahaaaahaa

Day 30 of 31 Days of Halloween

Welcome back to Lost Coast Portal to Creativity where Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda collide to bring you twice the inspiration and double the fun!

Boo! Cathy here with a altered box for Day 30 of the 31 Days of Halloween.
It started out as a box that had a pair of headphones in it.
Here is the front cover.
First I covered the whole box with black gesso. Next I painted the whole box with black paint that I mixed in some antique effect. (you can kinda see it in the next photo)
I stamped the small skeleton on white paper, tore around it and edged with brown ink. Added splashes of orange, brown and gray to skeleton. Added a rub-on. Raised it up with foam dots.  Distressed the edges of pattern paper and edged with the same brown ink. Then I added washi tape and layers of ephemera.

On the side you need to open. I added the same distressed pattern paper and edged with the same brown ink. I used the Rustic Alphabet Set. Stamped out OPEN and cut out and inked the sides with brown ink.
On the other side I used the same paper and distressed it the same way and I took the Small Skeleton and just stamped the head 8 times and cut out and added it down the side.
Back cover. Same paper, same distress. Added a large piece of  ephemera to the middle. I then stamped Flying Skull 3 times on white paper. Colored the skull with a cream colored marker and cut out. Glued in place.
Inside.
I took some pattern paper and did the left side of the box. Edged with brown ink. For my scene inside the box I took a sheet of watercolor paper and cut it to fit in the inside of the box. I made the sky background using Nuance Powers. Once that was dry I took a stencil and added some stars with white ink. Next I stamped the Small Skeleton 2 times on scrap white paper. Fussy cut out one. Covered edge with black marker. glued him to back. Next I did some die cutting and made the grave yard scene.
Last I fussy cut the hand and part of the arm and stuck it coming out of a grave.
Done.

31 Days of Halloween, Day 29 - Batty

Welcome back to Lost Coast Portal to Creativity where Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda collide to bring you twice the inspiration and double the fun!

Welcome back to the 31 Days of Halloween.  Things are winding down and there are only a couple of more days left in the month.

For today's installment, I created a coaster using the new Batty stamp.  I sprayed the coaster with a couple of different orange inks then stenciled on a gothic design.  I stamped Batty on a piece of cardstock, cut out the image, and colored with pencils.  I used my computer to print Happy Halloween.

If you are hopping in order, your next stop is TEE.

31 Days of Halloween Day 28 - Chocolate Lovers Unite

Welcome back to Lost Coast Portal to Creativity where Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda collide to bring you twice the inspiration and double the fun!

Hello and welcome to Day 28 of the 31 Days of Halloween here at the Lost Coast Portal to Creativity.  Gail here with something to separate the tricksters from the treatsters.  Halloween is creeping up fast, in a zombie, fingers falling off and watch out for mouldy toes sort of way.   I decided it was time to peel back the veil and let the creatures from the other dimension in.  Hold onto your candy!!!!!
Don't worry!  He's only after your chocolate!!!
This is Lost Coast Designs Cheshire Cat and the sentiment is a collaboration of two clear sentiment stamps from Carmen's Veranda.  Full paper ripping details on my blog.

Still much time left to join up your spooky, scary or even cutie Halloween creations for a chance to win Lost Coast Dollars.  Deadline Halloween Midnight Bwahahaahaahaaha.

Thanks for visiting.  Don't forget to leave a little love so we know you stopped by.

Day 27 of 31 Days of Halloween

Welcome back to Lost Coast Portal to Creativity where Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda collide to bring you twice the inspiration and double the fun!

Cathy again with Day 27 of the 31 Days of Halloween

Here is a cute card I made for Halloween.
First I die cut the insta photo die out of ivory cardstock. Stamped Isle of Aud Animals. I picked the giraffe out of this set but I think any of them would look cute in this. In the die set it had a witches hat and I knew the giraffe had to have it. Cut that out of black and yellow cardstock and glued it to the top of the giraffes head.
Next I took my Copic markers in Halloween colors and dotted around the giraffe.
Then I edge the frame with brown distress ink. Stuck a word sticker on the front of it. Taped the inside down, used foam squares on the frame to give it height.
