Meet the Lost Coast Designs Team

 Gail aka ionabunny
Design Team Manager

Hi, my name is Gail, aka ionabunny, and I live in Norway with my partner.  I moved to Norway in 2005 from the UK and have a large garden with rabbits and chickens.  I have always enjoyed creating, but making cards and playing with paper and colours are my favourite things to do.  I like to learn new techniques and describe my style as often simple, seldom clean!  I make mostly cards, ATC's and tags and love mixing my media.  I also craft with glass.  I am very excited to be a part of the Lost Coast Designs/Carmen's Veranda design team and hope that some of you will find inspiration in the things I share.  Hugz

Laurie Davis
I'm Laurie Davis and I live part of the year in Andover, Mass and spend winters with my husband of 50 years (yikes!) in Palm Desert, CA.  We have two sons and a daughter and two grandsons - one in California and one in Massachusetts.  So we spend our time chasing them from one side of the country to the other.

I got into stamping and paper crafting about 15 years ago and was first introduced to rubber stamps at a Stampin' Up party.  I bought my first set and I haven't quite yet!  I not only love stamping but also journaling, mixed media, collage, assemblage, calligraphy - any kind of paper crafting really.  I am part of several swap groups and am now a member of the Lost Coast Designs design team.  I love Lost Coast Designs stamps.  To me, they are much more fun and interesting than some of the cutsie rubber stamps that are produced by a lot of the stamp companies out there.

I am excited by this new "creative" opportunity and look forward to working with all the other Design Team Members.

Cathy Norton
Hi, my name is Cathy Norton.  I have three kids, am married, and work part-time at Target.  I really enjoy stamping and got into art journaling about a year ago after watching YouTube videos by Dyan Reavely.  She make it OK to be messy!  I also like to make ATCs, mixed media, collage, and altered art.  Digital art is also a fun medium for me to work with also though my first love is rubber stamping.  I'm very happy to be a design team member for Lost Coast Designs/Carmen's Veranda stamps.  I'm excited to be on the team and work with the great stamps and other design team members.

Roni Johnson
Hi, Ink Stained Roni here and so happy to be a part of this amazing group of artists. I live in rural Indiana with my high school sweetheart, we have two grown sons, each of which has their own family now. I am a life-long "maker" and I've been crafting for as long as I can remember. I found my love when rubber met the ink pad and I've been a stamper ever since.  You may have stumbled across my work over the years which can be found many places including my blog Ink Stains, a variety of design teams and magazines or in the book I wrote Teach Yourself Visually: Collage & Altered Arts.  If I had to describe my style it would be vintage eclectic - I love all things vintage and use it often in my art. The same goes with various techniques and mediums so I never quite know how things will turn out.

Dot Leighbridge
Hi everyone, I'm Dot and I live in Geelong, Australia. My two boys are now all grown up and are beginning their own adventures which is exciting to see.
I started my crafting journey by going to a 'stamp party' when the kids were younger and was instantly hooked! I am a passionate stamper who loves to experiment and have fun with stamps. There are so many different ways to use them.

I've been on few design teams over the years including FSC, Rubber Dance, Craft Stamper and Mixed Up Creative. Along with the occasional chance to be published in magazines both in Australia and overseas. I now have my own shop, on Etsy, where I sell the stamps that I love, including Lost Coast Designs stamps.
Lost Coast Designs stamps have long been a favourite of mine. I love how unique and original they are, they are so different to any other stamps that are out there. They just make you smile every time you see them.

Marilyn B. Hughes
Tarnished Rose
Hi everyone.  I’m a 48 year old married mother of one, living in south Louisiana and I do a little bit of everything.  I like working in miniature, have been know to costume a few dolls, am an avid reader and of course, I love stamping.  I’ve been working with mixed media for about six years or so, starting out in the very beginning with ATCs and progressing from there.  While I do still create a lot of ATCs, I also create tags, inchies, canvases, art journals, and alter anything and everything.   My style is really all over the place, though I lean toward clean lines and a more traditional style.  I’m now experimenting with creating layouts in a small format and using stamped images and collage sheets instead of photographs.
