Wings challenge

Welcome back to Lost Coast Portal to Creativity where Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda collide to bring you twice the inspiration and double the fun!

Hello, Cathy here with a card for you.
Stamps Used:

First, I took one stamp from Pieces of Architecture and stamped it with a teal distress ink. I then took a stamp from Pieces of Calligraphy and stamped it in gray ink. Then I sprayed water on it so it would spread the ink and blur the stamping. I then took some gray distress spray ink and sprayed it in the middle. Dried it with a heat gun. After it was dry, I then took a number stencil with some black ink and stenciled the two corners, and I edged the piece in black ink.

On another sheet of paper, I stamped the Flying moon and the Eye chart square. I cut out the eye and the wings from the moon. Next, I then colored them with Copic markers and glued them together.
After they were dry, I added them to the front of the panel. I then added it to a white card base.

You can join all the winged fun here.

If you see me smiling

Welcome back to Lost Coast Portal to Creativity where Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda collide to bring you twice the inspiration and double the fun!

Hello all Cathy here with a card for you today.

Stamps Used:

This was a fun card to do and it's really simple. I used a blue Distress Oxide ink. (the smear better). Also if your stamping isn't perfect even better.
I started with the Pieces of Calligraphy  circle stamp and I stamped it with the oxide ink and then I took a blender and blended it over the stamp (basically smearing the ink). I did that 3 times around the card. I repeated that same step for the whole background with all the different stamps.
When I needed more ink instead of going to the inkpad I just took it off the stamp.

I then stamped I am smiling saying on white cardstock and added to the middle of the card.

I hope you will join the challenge here.

Eye Chart

Welcome back to Lost Coast Portal to Creativity where Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda collide to bring you twice the inspiration and double the fun!

Time for your eye exam....
Good Morning Friends - Ink Stained Roni here...

Our current challenge is #70 - It's Hip to be Square!
This is a really cool challenge as Carmen's Veranda has an entire page full of stamp Squares.  My favorite has got to be the "Eye Chart". Such a fun and funky image.

I started off by stamping it on a piece of white cardstock that I then inked with a stipple brush here and there with a few colors of blue and grey inks.  It was trimmed and matted then set aside. I then began to work on the background.  I started off with a grey cardstock panel that I again stamped the Eye Chart image many times with grey ink.  I also stamped the actual eye chart onto a piece of blue cardstock, trimmed and mounted on the grey panel.

I attached the square to the blue/grey panel and mounted it all on a black card base.

Stamps:
Eye Chart Square

Be sure to enter your "Square".

Good Luck Everyone!
