I stamped Ballerina with Fish and embossed with gold embossing powder.  I water coloured everything and then went crazy with blobs of glitter glue on the beach.  Finally I stamped part of Carmen's Veranda Everything Will Be Fine sentiment.

I stamped Lost Coast Designs small Cityscape on a card panel and gave the it a distress ink watercolour wash, Salty Ocean for the sky and Mustard Seed for the sand.  I stamped Carmen's Veranda Ballerina with Fish, coloured with distress markers and fussy cut.  Then I stamped the fish lots of times again, fussy cut them and added them to my scene.  Wheely fun flying fish!!!!!

Welcome back to Lost Coast Portal to Creativity where Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda collide to bring you twice the inspiration and double the fun!

Hello all Cathy here with a card for you today.
Stamps used:
For this one I had the Ballerina with fish already colored and cut out. I was going to use him for something else that I don't remember what for.
I had the background also made up from something else. I did use blues and green distress sprays on it.
I die cut the umbrella out of black cardstock.
Add some washi tape for the  Ballerina to stand on add the umbrella to his hand. Stamp Stay weird saying on the bottom of the card. Add white highlights and some gold hearts coming out of the umbrella and you are done.

Come show us your sentiment for this challenge.

Out for a stroll

Welcome back to Lost Coast Portal to Creativity where Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda collide to bring you twice the inspiration and double the fun!

Cathy here with a fun card for you today. A ballerina taking a fish out for a under the sea stroll.
Stamps Used:
Ballerina with fish
Stay weird
Fish
So I started off with I think are index cards. I got them in a grab bag at a thrift store. I thought they were photo paper but they were not. I used dylusions  sprays on them. I sprayed 3 pieces so I could pick out the one I liked best.
I stamped Ballerina with fish on white cardstock and color in with Copic markers. The outfit was the same color purple as the hat but a little paint drop changed the color of it to teal.
Anyway cut out and set aside.

Next add some seaweed to the bottom of the card. Start off with some green ink through a stencil.   At this point stamp Ballerina with fish on the card so you know where to place it. Move the stencil and use paint to give it depth and texture. Set aside to dry.
Stamp 3 Fish on top of the card.

Add your cutout Ballerina with fish on top of the one you stamped on you card. (this is where I messed up) Take that stencil again and with a different paint color add some seaweed in front of
Ballerina with fish. For me I had to repaint the outfit and then I added some glitter dots to make it stand out.
Lastly stamp Stay weird on black cardstock and emboss with white power and cut out and add to card. Edge whole card with black ink.

Wheely Little Fishies Swimming Round

Welcome back to Lost Coast Portal to Creativity where Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda collide to bring you twice the inspiration and double the fun!

Hello.  Gail here today with a round hangy thing.

Well, what can I say!!  I was feeling summery, so I went with some super bright colours. And our challenge is Round and Round, so I found a few stamps with circles, Lost Coast Designs Circle Frame and Bubbles Background, and I also borrowed the cute little fish from Carmen's Veranda Ballerina with Fish!!  Then I decided to go whole hog and just make it Round!!
I started by stamping Bubbles Background on green card and embossing with Wow Evergreen embossing powder.  I stamped twice to get the size I needed and then cut my card and a piece of greyboard using my cutting compass.
I stamped the Circle Frame on pale blue card using Salty Ocean distress oxide ink and fussy cut it.   Then I stamped and embossed the fish from Ballerina with Fish many times.  Squeeee!!  It's so cute.  Look at that little wheel!!  I fussy cut them and decided to colour them in a rainbow of colour, using my gel pens, and a sprinkle of glitter.  I reverse stamped a couple of them.
I stuck the Bubbles circle and the greyboard circle together sandwiching a piece of neon wool in between.  I thought it added Seaweedy feel to the whole piece!  I popped the Circle Frame on foam pads and then added the Carmen's Veranda Happy Place sentiment.
A summer sea themed hangy thing for my happy place!
