COLOUR CHALLENGE

We want to see your stamped anythings featuring the colours
LEMON AND LIME or TERRACOTTA AND TURQUOISE.
You can pick which colour scheme you want to use.  You can include black and white and a small splash of other colours if you must, but the main colours should be obvious.
Real rubber or clear stamping and the theme must be the focus of your project.  A small stamped sentiment in a sea of die cuts or digi images will not qualify to win the prize and you may be deleted!!!!  Bwahahhaaahaha.

Please read the updated Challenge Rules to ensure your entries qualify to win this month's prize!

You are welcome to play in our Challenges using rubber stamp images from any company but if you use any of our Lost Coast Designs or Carmen's Veranda stamps...we love it when you do...then you could win a bigger prize in our random prize drawing.  All winners get our snazzy Challenge Winner's Badge to proudly display on their blogs!

If you don't have a blog then no prob, you can still play in our challenges by sharing your projects from public photo sharing sites which includes our Facebook Company Pages for Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda.  Please include our Challenge info and the link back to our challenge in your photo's description!  As long as the privacy setting for your photo is public you're good to go.  See, it's so easy to join the fun!  FYI, you can't link up projects shared in closed Facebook groups!

The team were all inspired with the terracotta and turquoise option to get us started.  ENJOY!

Numbers and Gears

Welcome back to Lost Coast Portal to Creativity where Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda collide to bring you twice the inspiration and double the fun!

Numbers and Gears

Greetings to all LCD Portal visitors.  I'm Laurie and I have another "Numbers" September Challenge post to hopefully inspire you to join this month's challenge.
This is a card I created that features the Carmen's Veranda Clock Square stamp.

I stamped my clock square with black ink onto a piece of white paper that I had colored using the Nuance Powders available at Lost Cost Designs.
If you have not used these before, there are some great instructional videos on You Tube.  They are really fun to play with and you can buy them in sets or individually.  I used blues, greens, yellow and a touch of pink.

I then took another background piece I had created with a piece of vintage paper and some stencils and acrylic paints in blue and green, using my Gelli plate.  I stamped it with some various number stamps, using black ink and then attached my Clock Square atop.  I edged it in black ink and layered it with a white panel.

Don't forget you have until Midnight, September 25th to link up your entries to the Numbers challenge for a chance to win some Lost Coast rubber.  Just go HERE to link up!  And you can still do a last minute entry to the Tip Your Hat event.  The linky closes at midnight tonight, so hurry up and get your hat on!!

Thanks for playing!
Laurie
