Bare Skinned Bloke Before Coffee

Welcome back to Lost Coast Portal to Creativity where Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda collide to bring you twice the inspiration and double the fun!

Hello Portal Peeps.  Gail here today with some inspiration for the I Spy Something Beginning With B challenge.  I went with a Bare Skinned Bloke.  Calm yourself ladies!!!!
Oooh, I so know that feeling.......

I started by stamping Lost Coast Designs Weeping Man with black archival ink on a piece of white card and coloured with Worn Lipstick, Mustard Seed and Ground Espresso distress inks.
I cut round his hand and his Brown hair and slipped the Double Stitch Rectangle die behind.  This gives some added dimension without all the fussy cutting.
I inked the edges of the inside panel with blue ink and the outside of the outside frame with brown ink.  I added some Blue to his eye and Belt using a gel pen.  I stamped the Carmen's Veranda My Coffee sentiment with Black archival.  Love this sentiment, both for the words, but also for that seriously distressed look of the font.  It suits it so well.  Then I figured I was missing a trick not using that finger so.....
I drew a small cup on a scrap of coloured paper, fussy cut it and hung it off his finger.
