Stamp Used:
I started with some rust paper and stamped Eye Chart and cut it out. and then I made a tag using with distress inks to make the background. I then used Gears2 and stamped it a teal distress ink. I then stamped ATC Italian postmark in black ink around the tag.
I then Layered it on black cardstock and then added some die cuts around the tag. I did add some white splatter on the tag, but they are very small.
