I hope you've had a wonderful week. There are only a few days left in our "Use Some Words" challenge and today I have a birthday card featuring Mona. Obviously, she's a bit hungry for some cake!
I started off by stamping the background... Do I smell Cake? over and over and over using 3 different colors of ink - Teal Zeal, Verdant and Blue Belle. I then stamped Mona directly onto the background so the words would show through. I stamped Happy Birthday on a scrap of the yellow and added some pen work stitches.
A bit of ribbon and gemstones and it's done!
