Hello Portal Peeps!! Gail here today with Taco John. I stamped and fussy cut him the other day and he
looks hopefully at me every time I sit at my desk, so I decided to combine him today with some happy yellow papers and a little stitching.
He's
just so adorbs!!!! He is stamped on a scrap of patterned card with
brown archival ink and I added a little distress marker colour. The
happy birthday is from Lost Coast Designs Party Words. The
panel behind his head was a bit of sock packaging (gotta love it when
they use kraft) cut with a postage die (I have so many but probably
Gummiapan cos it's square) and then I used a nifty little die from Your
Next Stamp to cut the holes. Then I stitched with a delicious
variegated wool I scored in the bargain basket the other day.
Inside
it's a bit of a sunny explosion so I added a writing panel then stamped
Taco John again, peeking onto the card, and Lost Coast Designs Do I Smell Cake sentiment.
