Welcome back to Lost Coast Portal to Creativity where Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda collide to bring you twice the inspiration and double the fun!
It's time for a new Event! This month, we bring you On The Border. Do you have a lot of border stamps but want to get more use out of them? Well stay tuned and the designers here will bring you different ways to use those border stamps. They aren't just for edging your projects.
As always, we will be running a contest with our event, giving you a chance to win some LCD/CV rubber. All you have to do is enter your creation below before Midnight, October 14th. Yep, we give you three whole weeks to show your stuff. Check the RULES to make sure you follow all the guidelines and then get linked up. Make sure you use a border stamp somewhere on your piece.
Today, I'm up.
I used Filmstrip Border and Bingo Border in conjunction with a stencil to create a background on my index card. I sprayed the card with a couple different colors of green ink and let it dry. I stamped the two borders using archival ink, then added my image and a quote I printed from my computer. Since I made this for a swap, it's already winged its way to its owner.
Stay tuned. Tomorrow we will be back to share more inspiration with your.
Now it's your turn! Click on the Link below to get your entry in.
Happy Stamping!
