I just love the Window image from the Door & Window set of stamps. It has such a romantic feel about it that I thought it would be perfect to pair it with the vintage looking Roses image.

To create this card initially I stamped the window in the center of the panel using VersaFine Clair Morning Mist (a charcoal grey) ink. Next I spread a bit DecoArt Media Modeling Paste through a stencil over the upper right and lower left hand corners. Media Crackle Paint was then applied to the opposite corners.  I set the panel aside to dry.

I stamped the rose a couple times on white cardstock using green and red inks.  The pieces were fussy cut and pieced together.

I went back to the window panel which was then watercolored with Prima Watercolor Confections.  This panel was mounted on a black card base and the roses were then added.
