Mexican town at night

Welcome back to Lost Coast Portal to Creativity where Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda collide to bring you twice the inspiration and double the fun!

Hello, are you having a nice day? I did, stamped with great pleasure. So created this scenery. I'll tell you how you can make it too. The stamp I used is "South west town" from Carmens Veranda

Smooth stamp paper.
masking tape.
Distressink: chipped sapphire, faded jeans, broken china, bundled sage, antique linen and weathered wood. White acrylic paint. Colorpencils, I used derwent colorsoft.White gelpen. White inkpad (versa magic) Stazon jet black.

First you stamp the South-west-town with black stazon.
Make a mask and mask it.
Cut a circle from masking tape and stick it on the paper, this will become the moon.
Now start with sponges behind and just above the houses with antique linen. Continue with Bundled sage and then the blue colors from light to dark. Apply some white around the moon. Make some splashes on the blue sky with water. When that is dry, splash some stars with white acrylic paint. Now remove the masks. With a small fine sponge you apply some spots on the moon with Weathered wood. Color the houses and put some white lines at the top, so the moon seems to be reflecting its light on the rooftops. Have fun, and dont forget to join in on our challenges.
They start every 1th and 15th of the month.
